Ann’s Turquoise will accept phone, fax, or email orders.
We accept credit cards, money orders/cashier checks, and personal checks (orders placed with personal checks will not be shipped until check has cleared).

Shipping Policy:

Ann’s Turquoise will provide standard UPS ground shipping from Ann’s Turquoise to any where in the continental US.
All shipped merchandise will be insured of value purchased.
Customer is responsible for shipping on all returned and exchanged merchandise.

Return Policy:

All returned merchandise must have a return authorization number from Ann’s Turquoise displayed on the outside of the box.
Merchandise must be returned in the original shipping box, with a copy of the sales receipt.
Merchandise must be returned in like/new condition.
Merchandise must be returned to Ann’s Turquoise within 15 days from the original shipment date.
All merchandise returned within 15 days of the original shipment date may receive full refund or store credit.

Merchandise returned after 15 days will be subject to a $30 restocking fee and a store credit of your balance.
No refunds after 30 days from the original shipment date.
